Ambassador’s Message: “The Mutual Inspirations Festival 2013 – Václav Havel is in full swing. Elections – Chamber of Deputies
Early elections to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic will be held on October 24 and 25, 2013. Václav Havels Place

Theatre: Havel’s Trilogy – Sept. 21-26

The Czech Embassy, in collaboration with Alliance for New Music-Theatre, Ambassador Theater, and Fort Fringe-The Shop, will feature HAVEL’S TRILOGY, a series of performances and discussions connected to the “Vaněk” plays of Václav Havel as part of the Mutual Inspirations Festival.

The Power of the Human Spirit

The U.S. Army Concert Band, conducted by Colonel Thomas H. Palmatier, and members of the Cathedral Choral Society, under the direction of J. New Czech Restaurant – Capitol Prague
The Czech Embassy welcomes the recent opening of Capitol Prague, a trendy restaurant in DC offering delicious Czech & Slovak cuisine, such as schnitzel, svíčková, knedlo-vepřo, halušky, and koláče.
